ProCode
You can use this form to report suspected misconduct related to the operations of Promeco, its supplier or someone acting on behalf of it.
The anonymity of the notifier is maintained in the report. Contact information is needed so that more detailed information can be requested if necessary. Contact information will only be available to the Data Protection Officer. By submitting contact information, you agree to processing personal data and any requests for additional information. The report shall be directed to the CEO or the Chairman of the Board, who shall not receive information about the notifier’s identity. However, if you choose to report without leaving your contact details, please be as specific and detailed as possible in your writing, since further information cannot be requested.
Whistleblowing refers to a reporting channel service that can be used to report misconduct or suspected misconduct. Using the Whistleblowing reporting channel in the organization reduces the likelihood of misconduct and promotes the implementation of the company's code of ethics.
Promeco's whistleblowing form allows both members of our own organization and external actors to report suspected misconduct. The reported suspicion may concern a member of our own organization, a customer, a supplier or another stakeholder partner. The notification can be submitted, for example, in the following cases: bribery, favouritism, alteration of information, misuse of company benefits, threats or pressure, abuse of (official) position, interests, etc.
The given reports and suspicions are handled in the strictest confidence between persons with processing rights. The whistleblower always remains anonymous for a person suspected of misconduct.
Please report honestly and in good faith. Your report should be based on facts and observations that you believe are true. If you are not certain, please mention your doubts or uncertainties.
